Oregon Business & Industry
OBI was founded in 2017 with the merger of Oregon’s two most significant statewide business organizations, Associated Oregon Industries and the Oregon Business Association. The result is Oregon’s largest and most effective statewide business advocacy group.
Portland Metro Chamber is the oldest, largest, and most diverse business organization in Oregon and Southwest Washington, and the leading voice for business in the region.
The Chamber advocates at all levels of government to improve commerce, encourage community development, and grow regional economic prosperity. We also offer a variety of events and programs to connect and foster growth throughout our region’s business community.
The Oregon Business Council is an association of more than 40 business community leaders focused on public issues that affect Oregon’s life and future. Founded in 1985, we are patterned after the national Business Roundtable and affiliate organizations in a number of other states. Our mission is to partner with other Oregon leaders to identify and address policy issues of long-term importance to the well-being and prosperity of Oregonians—all of them in all parts of the state.
Oregon Business is an award–winning magazine founded in 1981. The magazine reaches more than 20,000 business, political and civic leaders across the state. It reports on a wide range of such big-tent topics as leadership, innovation, technology, culture, politics and environment.
